Working with Boult Wade Tennant after Brexit
A lot of things will change with Brexit. Our ability to provide first class patent, trade mark and design services to clients in Europe will not.
With three European offices staffed by teams of European qualified attorneys and lawyers, we will be able to continue to prosecute and litigate EU trade marks and designs. Meet our German and Spanish teams. European patents remain unaffected by Brexit.
So, 2021 will be business as usual for Boult Wade Tennant.
Since 16 March 2020, the staff and partners of Boult Wade Tennant LLP have been working from home in the UK, Germany and Spain, in accordance with Government and WHO advice.
Our IT infrastructure has allowed us to offer a seamless and uninterrupted service to all of our clients around the world, and we remain contactable in the usual ways, via email and telephone.
As a consequence of the current pandemic, all meetings are being held virtually.
Many of the Intellectual Property organisations with which we interact, such the UK, German and European Patent Offices, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have been affected by the global situation, resulting in the postponement or cancellation of Oral Proceedings and extensions of some due dates.
